- NATIONWIDE FURNITURE DISTRIBUTORS, Inc. referred to here and after as NFD is a Wholesale Furniture Distributor open to retailers only.

- NFD is the sole owner of the catalog (digital and print), and has the right to distribute and retrieve it at any time.
- All copyrights and trademarks are reserved to NFD, any attempt to copy pictures, logo, or literature from NFD's catalog, price list or any publication without written consent from NFD will be fully prosecuted and punished by law.
- New accounts must be approved by NFD's management and must provide a city or county issued sales license, state tax certificate and complete a credit application (minimum amount for opening an account with NFD is $1,500.00 COD).
- By purchasing merchandise dealers agree with the terms and conditions established by NFD and will be bound by the terms of the sale.
- NFD has the right to terminate its business relationship with any Dealer involved in unethical practices such as but not limited to deception, fraud, unsatisfactory credit, payment history, or any misconduct between the dealer and the dealer's customer.
- NFD showroom is open to dealers and their customers during NFD's hours of operation (Customers must be accompanied by their dealer's representative or they will be turned away. Additionally, NFD is not responsible for the transaction between the dealer and dealer's customer.
- NFD is not responsible for damages or merchandise ordered incorrectly after leaving NFD premises nor the personal property of the dealer or the dealer's customer while on the premises of NFD.
- Pick up customers must inspect all merchandise, especially glass and mirrors before leaving the NFD's dock.
- Pick up customers must have a completed pick up form before they are allowed to pick up merchandise at the dock.
- NFD will exchange upon inspection defective product in which damages are directly related to NFD within 72 hours from the date of pick up or delivery.
- A minimum of 10% restocking fee on items returned within 72 hours from the date they were picked up or delivered.
- All returned merchandise must be in original packing and must be in perfect condition, if these conditions are not met NFD has the right to apply a higher restocking fee or the merchandise may not be returned.
Merchandise that is returned after 72 hours will be serviced as follows:
- Defective or damaged goods can be returned to NFD for repair or service.
- A discount can be offered toward damaged merchandise.
- NFD may send dealer replacement parts.
- The merchandise may be replaced and forfeit a cost at a higher restocking fee.
- Defective merchandise or missing parts will be serviced by NFD depending on the availability of parts and in some cases dealers may need to keep or take defective merchandise until parts are available at NFD.
- NFD will extend all applicable manufacturer warranties to dealer.
